can i put rgb ram cable to rgb fan header on motherboard?

There is No cable on RGB RAM, the RGB LEDs are powered by the RAM Slot.

Is it a cable is it 3 pin or 4 pin ?
And what Motherboard do you have ?

Looks like you need a separate LED header or use the fan headers but that will limit your options.
