[SOLVED] RGB strip blue not working?

I just got a new set of RGB Strips to hang in my room, which are connected to my motherboard.
I had just finished sticking them to the wall and then realized that blue did not work, green and red however did.
This is a fairly large strip of lights so at first we thought they could be under-powered, but red and green work together to make yellow, and very brightly at that.
Blue did however work when connected to the RGB power supply that was supplied with the lights.
My question is, how does red and green work together but blue not, when connected to the motherboard, but does work when connected to the RGB power supply?

WHITE: View: https://imgur.com/IjaW1FG
(White is yellow because it is missing blue)

Each color has own ground and all have common + so it's possible that it doesn't have that connection.
