I have a MSI B550 Gaming Gen3 motherboard which only have 4-pin JRGB headers. However my fans have 4-pin blocks, but only have 3 pins (one pin space is blank (not hollowed out)). I am trying to sync my lights together, and have tried hubs but either the hubs are not compatible or they are 4-pin RGB and 4-pin fans.

How can I tie them all together?

addressable RGB uses 3pin,
basic RGB uses 4pin.

you would then need a separate aRGB hub with it's own controller that will not be able to sync with the motherboard.

odd that a motherboard wouldn't offer any aRGB headers these days though.

make sure you go over the layout image in the manual and verify that there are none.
sometimes will be out of sight near the board's edges, near PCIe slots, etc..

The only RGB is one at the top and another at the bottom (JRGB) which are both 4-pin (image of MB in the link below)
