Question Ricoh SPC430DN printer output colour not balanced ?

Please advise me on the cause that causing this problem. Thank you.
I have tried to clean the drum but condition still the same.

Please provide more information and detail: by "not balanced" do you mean printed documents are tinted in some manner - what color is the tint?

How old is the printer: new, used, refurbished?

Are you using Ricoh Toner? Where are you purchasing the toner?

What other troubleshooting have you tried?

When was the last time maintenance was performed and consumables replaced (this includes the drum, rollers, belts, etc.)? This is not an optional step.
