Hello everyone,
I have just downloaded Battlefield V and for some unknown reason my fps during loading screens and while playing the game seem to remain stable at 8-9 frames per second. I have recently experienced poor performance on BF1, playing at around 40fps. All other game like BF4, BF3 and Forza Horizon 3 run perfectly. My rig:
CPU: i7 4770 3.4 Ghz
GPU: GTX 980 gibagyte g1 gaming
RAM: Corsair vengeance 16gb 1866mhz
PSU: corsair CX750m 750w
HDD: TOSHIBA 1Tb
SSD: samsung 840 evo 250Gb + samsung 850 evo 500gb
MoBo: msi z97S SLI Krait Edition
The issue with the fps on BF1 seems to have started after I downloaded Destiny 2, but uninstalling it made no difference. I also have the latest Nvidia drivers. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

So this used to happen a lot in battlefield 4, first repair the game, then go to your documents folder in your PC, look up battlefield V, right click, select properties, under settings open that up and erase the "prof_profile" This will reset your config files in game and allow you to get the fps youre supposed to be at. (thats if youre playing 1080p with medium to high settings, you should have pretty good frame rates. )

Unfortunately it didn't change anything.

Yes i'm sure. I'm using DisplayPort for my 144hz monitor so there is no way it is connected to the motherboard.

I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall my drivers but without a DDU tool (through Apps and Features), but it made no difference. Is it rally needed to use a DDU?
