Rig fails to boot after moving (unable to POST)

After moving my computer it fails to POST. All fans run in the beginning but the CPU fan stops after a second or so. I have done all the steps mentioned in this thread to no avail. Booting without RAM results in a series of single beeps.

I experienced a seemingly similar problem when a friend connected his PC via the same power strip I was using. This caused it to crash and not being able to POST. I managed to fix this by simply fidgeting with the cables, not knowing what caused this but with my PC fixed I moved on and now find myself in this situation.

I have no idea what the cause to this problem is, if you have any idea it would be greatly appreciated.

Reset CMOS to factory.

I failed to mention that I've reset my CMOS with a two-pin connector on what is labeled as CLR_CMOS, sorry for the blunder but thank you for the answer.

Apparently, resetting CMOS with jumpers didn't do the trick. Removed the internal battery instead and it worked. No idea why, but awesome! Thank you for the help
