Rig for video editing

Hi can you please let me know if these specs are good for video editing, eg after effects ect. I want to discuss more about the cpu in this one....
AMD FX 4350 3.2 ghz
16 gb ddr3 1866 ram
and r9 270x 2gb graphics card.

Video editing benefits from more cores and a decent amount of RAM. A CPU upgrade would cut your times down by a lot.

an Inte Pentium G4560 would beat the fx 4350 in cpu intensive task. go for intel if u do video editing a lot.
