Question Right Arrow key not working with any keyboard or onscreen keyboard

I've been having this issue for years now and still cannot find a solution. My right arrow key doesn't work with any keyboard, even the on screen keyboard. The arrow keys work fine if I try it on another computer. I recently changed all hardware on my computer besides the hard drive, and I even did a clean install of windows and no fix. If I do a combo press with other keys it will do commands and short cuts, and when I use a keyboard tester, it shows me clicking the right arrow key, but it doesn't actually do anything. If I google anything about this issue, it seems I can't find anyone that's had a similar issue, although I might just not be good enough to google the right keywords to find it. I would greatly appreciate any help. I've recently started coding and it's been a pain.

Solution
I wanted to say that I discovered the problem thanks to another forum post. I had the key mapped in the Nvidia short cut keybinds page to record stuff for some reason. For the past 2 years I've been having this problem and some random guys post from years ago saved me. ALT+Z for NVidia short cut and check your keybinds if you ever have this problem.
Bumping with some extra info on the things I've tried. I'm not a computer genius but I'm a beginner in IT. I've uninstalled drivers, uninstalled Razer, Logitech and Corsair software, I tried looking for corrupted files. I imagine there's something weird I have to do in powershell or something of the sort to get it back in order, I just don't know enough about that kind of stuff.
