not working on me this is inside photo viewer no jpeg upload gambar

Did you try going to control panel - program - default programs - set default programs - Set Default Program
find Windows Photo Viewer in the list & select it so it shows in right column
Click Set this program as default - Use the selected program to open all file types and protocols that it can open by default

there is also the photos App built into windows 10, its possible its defaulted to it instead now.

scroll up the left column and have a look against Photos in the listing, there are all the file associations. I don't know what uses photo viewer but its clearly not for jpeg

is it the right click menu in the Photos app that freezes as I can't see how to open Windows Photo viewer otherwise?

yes it's a jpg file all jpg file can't right click

glad I noticed you made other thread or I was thinking there was a pattern developing

see if it happens with a clean boot - this would tell you if it was a start up program as maybe one of them adds content to right click and its stalling the menu. If it fixes it, you need to add your start up programs slowly to find what causes it.

this might help:
right click start button
choose command prompt (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter

this will scan and fix system files and may fix this behaviour

Is it a file on your system? If its online, then sometimes pictures are copy protected and wont allow for right clicks.

Hi, from the video, I see that Explorer is crashing before the menu even comes up.

Download ShellExView and run it (no install needed). On the Options menu, check the Hide all Microsoft Extensions. Then right click on each item left in the list (that you recognize) and disable them. Reboot and see if you can right click on files now.

If so, it was one of the items that you disabled. Go back in and re-enable them one at a time until you figure out which one is causing the crash.

If not, go back in and re-enable all items and maybe someone else can help.

dammn this is it yes it is a 3rd party app that causing the problem particularly this converToPDF is the problem shiit thanks a lot it's solved
