Is there a way I could enable through registry to have the Printing Preferences menu popping up when right clicking on a file and selecting print. The cause of this question is the fact that I have to constantly keep printing out A4/A3/A1/A0 pages to 2 different printers with different orientations. It's a constant back and forth with opening a pdf first then printing and closing and over and over. Even batch files where I drag and drop could be cool.

Literally I ask of you to help me with.. anything better than opening and closing all the time to print in specific sizes and not just default would be better.

Hello Nulgath

I think you can install multiple instances of the printer driver, all redirecting to the same hardware device, where each instance of the driver would have different settings.

For example:

You need to print 3 documents each with different settings namely A4 (B/W), Letter (Color), and A4 (Color). What you can do is, you can install three instances of the printer driver with different names, and configure the settings of each accordingly.

After this, every time you wish to print a document, run the Print command, and when Windows asks you to pick a printer, pick the instance of the driver with the required settings.

Is this something you're looking for?

Please report back for further clarification/assistance.

Cheers!!
