Rightmark cpu clock problem

hi i used progrm RMClock.exe (rmclock_235) RightMark CPU Clock Utility (RMClock) 2.35

i have cpu "core 2 duo t8100" with 2100 Mhz clock
i noticed that when i exit the program the cpu clock goes to 800 Mhz
and when i start RMClock.exe it goes again to 2100 MHz

i wanted do have 2100 mh without using RMClock.exe as it is normal
and i used RMClock_WipeOut.reg but unfortunately
after this the cpu is always on 800 MHz
no mater what p-state i set in the management page

please help me to restore ability of my cpu to work on 2100Mhz without RMClock.exe
