Question RivaTuner Memory clock speed

I just bought (Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz C16 XMP 2.0) and in game RivaTuner says the MHz speed is 7001MHz and I am wondering if it is normal thank you.

That is the speed of the RAM on your GPU (RTX 2060 Super), NOT your System RAM speed.
And yes that is normal for your GPU.

To see your system RAM speed use CPUz and look at the Memory Tab and double the speed listed there to get your actual System RAM speed.
