Rm650 vs my pc, will it works?

Hi i buy a rm 650 psu after i was think to buy i5 6600k but after i found amd fx 9590 extreme black edition for 170£ was good deal. But after i read that my fx takes a lot of psu power 220w like min... when i build my pc and try start it its not start my display.. its can be my psu is to low ??
Pc stats- MSI 970 gaming, FX 9590, 32gb ram hyperx 1866mhz, GTX 960, liquid cooling system, ssd 500gb, hd 1 tb and nzxt noctis 450... I think i need 750w or more...

You should have enough power, but buying that FX over the i5-6600k was a bad idea and you got the wrong motherboard for your CPU.

Newegg has a warning "Warning: This MB doesn’t support 200W or above CPU" You want a 990 chipset for that CPU. Or better, return it and get the i5.
