I am using Corsair VS550 power supply, i had this problem that the system restarts when ever there is a relay sound (tick sound) from my UPS ( APC BR1100CI-IN UPS). I had my power supply replaced for this problem under warranty, then the problem stopped for a while. Now the the same problem repeats and the warranty is over.
In addition, i got another problem - when ever i ran a high graphics demanding game (say, Far cry 5), the loading is fine, but when when the game starts, the whole system turns off (blacks out) and it is restarting.

I realized that the problem is with the PSU, since i borrowed and replaced the PSU with Huntkey 500w PSU, the computer is not restarting, yet the monitor turns off and turns on again when i hear the relay sound (tick sound).
Question 1 : Can some one suggest what could be the problem for screen turn off, and if possible a solution ?
Question 2 : (Important) Can some one suggest a robust power supply, best value for money around 3500 ₹.
I do 3D modeling, rendering and also gaming.
i use AMS fx6300, ASUS M5A97 R2.0, GTX 1060, BenQ monitor
