Question Rog Herculux GPU Holder to Rog Strix Mobo

Well good morning folks. Ok heres my problem, I have just bought a Rog Herculux GPU Holder which has a 5v 3 pin ARGB connector. Now to me this seems very wierd as my ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING motherboard only has 2x 12v 4 Headers available. Is there anyway i can get this connected via any adaptable cables otherwise it seems i have bought this holder for nothing. I Have added some pics to sort of explain. Any help would be very much appreciated so ty in advance.

Ok while asking and looking around i think have a solution. There is a product called Deepcool RGB Conerter which i think will fix my problem. It cost me £15 from Amazon. I will let you know if this 100% fixes when it arrives tomorrow. If it doesnt i have no idea what to do.

Now works perfect but the Leds do flicker when gaming. Could this be my power supply?

Ok i have updated my PSU to a MSI MRG A1000G PCIE5and all works fine
