Question Rog Strix B550f (No Power)

Hello I am kind of new to this it's been a very long time since I built anything I just recently bought my son a new motherboard and processor amd ryzen 7 now I plugged everything in and all I get is power to the Decorative led Logo on the board and that is it No fans,no cpu fan,no other leads nothing ihave tried everything online even doing the bios flash update on the board .

I recently thought it was my psu but I installed my old motherboard and everything turned on just fine the only thing I have tried is the cpu is there anyway the cpu can prevent the motherboard from not having any power whatsoever? not even jumping it will work.

I would really appreciate it if someone can help me with this problem.

When you say you purchased a new motherboard and processor, was that as an upgrade path? If so, can you please state the specs to your build prior to the upgrade? Please list the specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

If you performed an upgrade, you're advised to reinstall your OS.

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
what the gpu? are you using a cpu that don't have igpu?
