Question ROG Strix XG27UQR IPS 4K 144Hz vs Alienware AW3225QF QD OLED 4K 240Hz

So I have been using ROG Strix XG27UQR IPS 4K 144Hz since April 2022, really want to get an OLED monitor, where I am from the only reasonably priced OLED monitor is Alienware AW3225QF 32 Inch 4K

The review of the alienware monitor are very good, i just want to know if it would be worth it, I am a massive graphica enthusiast. Would my visual experience be improved in comparison to the current 4K IPS monitor?
