ROG Strix z390 E gaming troubleshooting

My mobo has been having issuses with loading up bios i got 2 new acer monitors which upon loading notice the yellow boot LED and the VGA white LED where up I wasnt sure what i did but fixed for the most part but now i load up bios and it gives me "system intruded check your system fatal error" every time i loaded up bios i dont know what that means.
I5 7500 k
Same mobo at top
1060 gtx
Corrsair AOI pump CPU cooler
8g ram
750 wps
Frist time building a computer btw

Are the 2 pins labeled intruder and gnd jumped?
