[SOLVED] Rog Strix Z490-G Gaming not starting up

I have built my first PC but unfortunately its not starting up. I have some lights on the motherboard but pressing the power button does nothing. The fans, Cooling Pump Lights etc aren't starting.
There's no LEDs on the board its self to indicate any faults.

Here is my built:
Motherboard: Z490-G Gaming Wifi
CPU- I5 10700K
GPU- RTX ASUS 2060
RAM- Corsair Vengeance pro 2x16gb
2 x ssd m.2 sabrent 1tb
500W power supply
Corsair h100i RBG platinum liquid cpu cooler.

I've tried starting it up with the bare minimum, I've tried playing around with the system panel headers,
Ive checked all the power supply cables.
There's not much else I can think to do.
Any help would be much appreciated
