Question ROG STRIX Z590-A Gaming WiFi, no POST, no beep, no diagnostic LEDs ?

The motherboard does not boot and has the following symptoms:

When the power button is pressed, the fans and RGB turns on.

When the power button is pressed, the motherboard voltages 12, 5, and 3 are connected.

The motherboard does not beep.

None of the diagnostic LEDs light up.

USB voltage is off.

VCORE voltage is off.

The BIOS file was downloaded from Asus site and installed using the Q FLASH button.
It updated the BIOS with no problems but it made no difference.

I would appreciate it if anyone could guide me on the cause of the problem.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
