Question ROG Zephyrus G16 (2023) GU603 ram upgrade 16gb+32gb to make it 48gb?

Hi All,

I've ROG Zephyrus G16 (2023) GU603 , for ram upgrade one slot available and max capacity of 48gb,
so if only one slot available and max 48gb, if I buy 32gb ram, along with 16gb already on board, would it work 48gb? (not expecting dual channel)
I am buying same speed, 3200mhz DDR4

This is an absolute Maybe.

It might work, it might not work.
Mixing RAM is always a crapshoot. And even if you're buying "the same", it is still mixing.

The only guaranteed combination is RAM sticks that come sold as a set, in the same box.


How much RAM do you actually need?
