Question Rosewill spectra X case fans wont light up.

Hey guys,

So I just bought a Rosewill spectra x case, and got my build all transferred over to it. my only issue is that my rgb fans wont light up. once plugged into the molex adapter, they will spin, but the lights wont turn on, and i cant figure it out. i have all the connections in the proper place, but the led control button doesnt turn them on or adjust the settings like it should. any help would be appreciated.

CPU: AMD Athalon X4 880K
Case: Rosewill Spectra X
PSU: Raidmax Thunder 735W
MB: Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H
GPU: MSI gaming X2
RAM: Crucial Balistix 16GB

What are the fans?

They are the rosewill 120mm fans that come with the case. They take a proprietary 6 pin connector, to fit only the rosewill rgb fan hub.

the hub receive power fom somewhere .

the fan hub has a female molex adapter, and a male molex adapter. My psu doesnt have a molex, so i bought a pcie to molex adapter, and plugged it all in, to no avail. could it be that i have a 3 pin molex adapter and a 4 pin molex power wire on my case fans?
