A couple of weeks ago, we had a pretty bad rain storm that lasted several days. During this period, my internet wasn't doing so great, which is typical for me during bad weather. However, after this recent storm, my internet still has been having frequent problems, and it's not due to the weather (it's been in the 80's and 90's the past couple of weeks). My main desktop, which has the modem and router connected to it, gets the "Server Not Found" error pretty frequently. At this point I have to go to connection settings and fix the error. My biggest problem has to do with my wireless devices. My gaming rig, phone, Windows 8 tablet, and PS3 all have very frequent problems connecting. They show my router, along with full bars, yet will not connect to it. The only way for me to fix this is to unplug the modem and router for about a minute, then plug them back in. The Wi-Fi will then work for a few hours before I have to do it again. This never happened before the recent storm. Can anyone help me fix this?

If you need this info, I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit on the main desktop. The modem is an Actiontec M1000, and the router is a Belkin F7D2301.

I appreciate any help given.
