Router causing lag??

I was playing League and i pinged to 700. I checked the route and everything but the first hop was high ping. Made so that i was directly connected to the modem and had regular ping through out.

tldr: modem -> router -> computer (wired) 700 ping
modem -> computer (wired) 50 ping

Disable QoS or the router's version of it.

Never used QoS and the ping spike is increasing in frequency and i haven't done anything to the router.
