router / phone wire question

I have a new router/modem setup that does not have a port to plugin a phone line. What are my options to be able to setup my phone lines.

could you tell us the make model of your router / modem it could be cable or it could be fiber optic. hard to help with out this information.

Its a cable modem so for phone you would have to install a phone line from the local phone company or you could buy one of the internet phone services like Vonage If you did not want to get a phone line.

I think they let you have multiple lines with vonage there are several other services out there also you would have to do a little research and see which is available to you and would meet your needs
