Router QoS for CSGO/gaming

I wanted to know how to properly set up QoS because when ever someone is using the internet, they're probably on YouTube, which is making me lag in games and it makes me lag so much to the point that i get over 1000 ping and a high packet loss and stutter

I want to set up my QoS so that I can play without lagging without making YouTube nonoperational

It is likely even more complex than you think. If that is the only screen your router has then it can't be done on that router. You need a router where you can place fixed limitation on machine both on the upload and the download. You would need to put a limit on the other machine maximum bandwidth. If you have a small internet connection though it may in effect prevent youtube from working.
