[SOLVED] router receiver

Hi guys.
I just wanted to know can this router https://www.tp-link.com/ph/home-networking/wifi-router/tl-wr820n/ be a wifi receiver?I have 1 router in bedroom and i got new desktop PC for my son and i don't want pull cable around the house so i was thinking can that router receive my wifi signal and i can plug network cable in it and then into PC.

Why not just pick up a wireless dongle for your son's machine? Also, if your motherboard has a slot for a WiFi card, why not take advantage of that? Make and model of the motherboard?
