Router to Router?

So i have a extra router and i want to know if i connect it via ethernet to my current router which is connected to the modem, will the second router give off internet?

you will need to disable routing on one of the routers, this will basically turn it into a switch (dummy), once you do this it will work as you wish. do not use the WAN port on the "dummy" router.
