I understand basic networking knowledge but unsure. Right now my family is quite a heavy internet users and we subscribed to Internet Download speed is 500Mbps no issues. The problem is not everyone received that speed, not even close for example my cable connected PC (Router to Switch to PC) only received 100Mbps in SpeedTest, Wi-Fi at best 30Mbps. But Wi-Fi on other matter right now.

My current Router (AC1200 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router Archer C5)
My current Switch (DGS-1008A)
My current Cable (Cat 5e)

When I connect Router to PC I received 500Mbps but if I connect Router to Switch to PC I received 100Mbps (Note : only 1 PC connected to port at switch, therefore eliminate bandwidth sharing?)

So the question is, my Switch is already a Gigabit Switch why can't my PC received 500Mbps at my PC from the (router to switch to PC)? Do I need to change router?

P.S. - Please don't say 100Mbps is more than enough & anything unclear please ask I try to give more informations
