OK, so I made a big mistake buying a Net-gear router. I bought it about 4 years ago, and recently have been running into tons of problems, I tried to contact support, but you need to pay 200 dollars, and I wouldn't even pay 1 dollar for something that should be provided for free. I actually have three problems, and I would greatly appreciate any help I could get. My first problem, was trying to download a GTA V update from the social club app, I have 250Mbps download speed, but couldn't even surpass 100kb download, It said a 5GB download would be done in two weeks or something. So I looked everywhere for a solution, and nothing, so I thought maybe it could be to do with my router, so I go onto my router's UI page (I have a Netgear WNDR3700v4), and I am greeted with a broken website, and I have no idea what to do, and there is nothing on it on google, I will attach a picture, https://i.imgur.com/jbYnBCQ.png. My firmware it turns out is old, which might be a reason for all these random problems I've been having, but due to the weird bug on the page, which was actually fine a few weeks ago, I cannot update it. So I need to know how to fix this page, and how to upgrade my firmware without the router login, and how to fix my GTA V download speed, although the GTA V thing is the least of the priorities.

Thank you for reading my huge essay, and I hope that someone has a solution to at least one of these problems. Thanks - Ben

EDIT: GTA V Problem fixed, forget that.
