Can anyone help me?? I started a new job and now when I connect to the VPN from my router it will not work I do have a hard wire connection from my router to my laptop which is acceptable for work however when I connect that way it drops the connection repeatedly if I connect directly from the modem hardwired to my laptop there are no connection issues however that means for 12 hours no one in my household can use Wi-Fi I have this huge military grade router Netgear and I'm basically now unable to use it. Netgear will not assist me at this point because I am past my 90-day support warranty. I have done a bunch of troubleshooting but I cannot understand how everyone else can use their routers and I cant. Anyone at all please help me! I do not want to lose my job!
