[SOLVED] Router's Ethernet not working

When I turn my router on (I've tried rebooting it a few times) the Ethernet ports flash twice, then go dark. Any and all help is appreciated.

If it helps, it's an Arris router.

What exact model? There are some Arris devices that look like routers but only one port is functional.

Does wireless work in during this situation? The user's manual has a troubleshooting guide.

Wireless does work, and everything apart from the Ethernet ports are lit up.

There is nothing that you can do to mess up configuration. If there is any chance, then a factory reset of the router would eliminate that possibility. I think you will have to get a new router.
