Routers show different names on the same network

I have recently set up a home network, with three routers, one for each floor of my house. The 2nd floor router does the primary routing, and I plan on attaching a home server (probably it'll run on ubuntu) to it. The 1st floor and ground floor routers are connected to it by LAN-LAN.

The query I have now is thatthe 1st and 0th floor routers, when connected to, show different names (their respective names probably). Does that mean they are connected over the same single network?

Because I plan on connecting the server and share files and media over the network. Will I be able to do so under the current scenario?

You need to set the LAN IPs of teh slave routers to fixed IPs from the range taht the master router is serving. Also, you need to disalbe the DHCP server on both. Additionaly, some routers have a "Access Point" mode. Enable that.
They will have separate Wi-fi networks wiht separete SSIDs and passwords, but all devices will be connected to the main network and getting served IPs from teh master router. So your server will be natively accessible.
Nothing should be connected to teh slave routers WAN ports though.

Well then I think I have done exactly in accordance to what you suggested. I have disabled DHCP on the slave routers, and I haven't connected anything to the WAN ports of the slave routers.
