Pokémon is pretty casual if you ask me. Final Fantasy is also another casual RPG.

Stardew Valley is kinda casual, and kind of an RPG.
It's about having a farm... and fighting monsters in dungeons... but it's pretty fun and relaxing, you can basically do whatever you want with what the game offers you.

KOPnP is pretty much as casual of an RPG you can possibly get.

If you want something maybe of a similar "look" but a bit more complicated, maybe check out Kingsway.
