Rpimtutj.sys ?

Can anyone tell me what rpimtutj.sys is for ?
It is under my non plug and play drivers and when i look for for it at C:\Windows\System32\Drivers , it does not give me any details in its properties.

Hi. I woke up in the morning and tried to startup my computer in safe mode. However, it is now unable to boot up at all. Not even in safe mode.

It says,

File: \Windows\System32\Driver\rpimtutj.sys
Status: 0xc0000098
Info: Windows failed to load because aa critical system driver is missing, or corrupt.

Is there still any way to save my computer ?

You could boot from a Windows XP CD, get into the Recovery Console and manually delete the file.
