Question RPM Reduction Cable or adapter

I just need to slow one fan down on several different computers. Is there anything cheaper that might come in a 10-pack? I may not be using the right key terms for the search. The SilverStone 2-Pack looks nice, but I bet there is something cheaper for several computers. Thanks

Do all the computers you're entrusted to quiet down have the same motherboard and fans in them? If so, have you seen if you can set the fan header assigned to one of the fans to perhaps an RPM of your choosing and negate the need to buy adapters in bulk, let alone installing them in 10 system's...?

Noctua make a LNA(Low Noise Adapter) but the results can and will vary from one fan to the next.

They work great. If it gets warm, I will unplug them and let the fans blow on the GPUs at full speed. Thanks
