RS232 or USB connection is better for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

There are no specific topic on any forum according to my research for this question.
RS232 or USB? Which one is better. Thanks for your answers.

I've never used that function of a ups before. If you have the option I would go USB. All it does is send an admin alert to the computer stating that the power has gone off and possibly how much stand by time before the pc shuts down. Hope this helped.

Thanks for your opinion bro. I was looking at the features of all ups that I search with comparing them and I saw that difference between interface section.

I don't think it matters except serial is becoming a lot less common on today's motherboards.
