I have upgraded my gtx 760 into RTX 2060 and now my computer randomly restarts when i play games, it even restarts with modded skyrim. I tried to google a bit and there are some suggestions that rtx is much more power hungry and when it reaches its peaks it could force restart computer.

My current spec is copy paste :
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. Z97X-Gaming 5 (SOCKET 0)
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 3.50GHz
Haswell 22nm Technology
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 (11-11-11-28)
BenQ GW2450H (1920x1080@60Hz
Intel HD Graphics 4600 (Gigabyte) - i assume its offline
Gigabyte RTX 2060 6gb WINDFORCE OC

596GB Western Digital WDC WD6400AAKS-00E4A SCSI Disk Device (SATA)
465GB Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500G SCSI Disk Device (SSD)
931GB TOSHIBA MQ01ABD100 SCSI Disk Device (SATA)
1863GB Samsung D3 Station USB Device (USB (SATA))

the power supply is ENERGON EPS-650W CM - but im in doubt this thing is really giving me 650 watt.
There are some psu on sale in my country now and i could afford
corsair cx 650w ATX bronse
corsair cx 750m ATX bronse
fsp Hydro G 750w gold
or something similar

Could someone give me an advice, suggestion?

I think that's plausible. Depending on how flush you are, you could just go to Linustech and pick yourself a nice 850W psu from the upper tiers.

You could be more scientific and go to pcparticker.com and input your build and see what they estimate your psu needs to be. I would add 100 watts to their estimate but I over do some things. Then go to Linustech and pick yourself a nice upper tier psu and hope for the best.

Shutting down in the middle of something can be a sign of forthcoming psu failure, btw. Or overheating.

BTW your Energon is a lower tier psu and could be a threat to your system, lower tier psus sometimes kill motherboards and drives in the process of dying. We don't know whether your ENERGON EPS-650W is in the process of dying or whether it is just over-stressed by the new card. I raise the question because you may have to decide whether to keep it in the closet as a spare or throw it out. I probably would not keep it as a spare.

But I have had enough problems with bad hardware that I am more willing to waste money and save myself the aggro of bad equipment.
