[SOLVED] RTX 2060 i5 9600k low fps

I just finished a build with the components above with an MSI Z390 Carbon MB. I am only getting 60 fps in all games at 1080p. I have a 1080p 144hz monitor with FreeSync off. 16gb 3200 memory. I built a system last year with an i7 8700k and 1070ti and was getting 160+ fps without overclocking. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Why the change in components , not really an upgrade. I'd rather have the 8700k. Cards are a tossup.

I sold the previous machine. Since I don't content create I decided to save a $100 and go with the i5. I'm just really frustrated as to why I'm not getting better then 60 fps on all games. Something's not right.

That's weird...
Not all GPU's are created equal...
You might want to contact the manufacture and or run some benchmarks.

updated Nvidia driver to 418.91, problem solved.
