[SOLVED] RTX 2060 not running great?

Hi guys I bought and installed the RTX 2060 mostly to play Elden Ring. I booted it up and the game just runs super bad even on lowest settings, unplayable. I booted up dying light one and it is also lagging on there also. The graphics card is working fine and the drivers are fully updated, but I don't know why I am getting this problem, I should at least be able to play Elden Ring, right?

My Specs:
CPU: i5 9400
GPU: RTX 2060 6GB
RAM: 16GB
Motherboard: ROG STRIX B360-F GAMING

The monitor is connected to the gpu and not the motherboard?

xmp is not enabled in bios, othewise cpu and gpu performs as it should
download msi afterburner and setup osd monitoring to monitor you cpu/gpu clocks, temperatures and utilisation

xmp is not enabled in bios, othewise cpu and gpu performs as it should

I believe XMP is on and that’s the max for that motherboard.
