[SOLVED] RTX 2060 Super + Ryzen 5 2600

If this pairs well together, would it be worth to buy the RTX 2060 Super (already own the cpu) and would a 650 watt psu be enough to power both?

Probably a good balance.
One rule of thumb for a gamer is to budget about 2x the cost of the cpu for the graphics card.
That pair is spot on.
650w is plenty, even for a RTX2080ti.
Of more importance is the quality of the psu.
Here is one quality chart, look for tier 1/2; three at worst.
