RTX 2060 temperature and performance problems

Hello. I bought RTX 2060 Gigabyte OC
card and I get about 38-40 °C while not playing and about 70-74 °C in games. Also, I saw people's benchmarks when they get about 10-18 fps higher with the same rig as mine (Ryzen 2600, 16GB RAM, RTX 2060) in FullHD. What is going on? I simply can't understand.

I think your temps are totally fine.
As far as why some are getting higher....10-18 fps isn't much....so I think it's going to be pretty difficult to determine why you are getting 10-18 less.

It could be something as simple as a different driver version.
