should i get msi gtx 1660 ti gaming x for 310$ or msi rtx 2060 gaming ventus fro 360$

The 2060 is the stronger card, no doubt about it.
Typically it's in the 5-10% 'better' range but, depending on the title/resolution, it can be up to ~20% 'better'.

At $360 vs $310, you're looking at ~16% more money. Personally, I would think that justifies it considering the improved performance and ray-tracing support.

ty man i will go with rtx 2060 awp from zotac for 370$
