[SOLVED] RTX 2060 weird noise anyone heard this before?

So as the title says, I started to experience a weird noise on my RTX 2060 when using Aourus to modify fan speeds, the weird is that not the fans make this noise, but the card somehow,
Any suggestions towards this how to eliminate the noise ?

That sounds typical of something touching fan blades. Look for any cables that are close to the blades. It could be a cable in the case or a fan cable on the gpu under the shroud.
