Hello, i've run into a issue since monday with my 2070.
Some games which to my knowledge have nothing in common (MHW, CoD MW, Witcher 3.) use 0% of my Gpu, and instead the Desktop window manager takes about 20-30%, And These 3 games run on my GPU 0 - Copy, instead of 3D.
I've found alot of threads about cod doing that, but none for mhw or witcher! and yes its no display issue like some nvidia thread's say, because i actually have very low performance.
I've used DDU already, updated all drivers, and did a full fresh install of my windows.
CoD was using my 3D after a clean windows install, but after a couple of seconds it went back to Copy.
Some other person in here said he gets normal performance on DX11, the problem is that witcher 3 only runs on dx11 (correct me if im wrong) and mhw runs with no gpu usage on both dx11 and 12.
I hope someone can help me out here, I just hope this is a silly driver issue.

4 pictures of my task manager, just to compare the difference between Copy and 3d.
Also more of my specs :
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
MSI B450 Tomahawk
16GB (2x8GB) GSkill DDR4 3000MHz AEGIS
8GB MSI RTX2070 ARMOR
My windows runs on a 120gb M.2, and all my games on a Samsung 1tb ssd.
