Question RTX 2070 MSI GAMING Z vs ASUS ROG STRIX OC

Im stuck between these two cards, upgrading from my gtx 1050 ti too one of these. They are both the same price in my country but I cant decide witch one I want to buy. With the ASUS STRIX vide card you get a free game for 60€ but not with the MSI GAMING Z, but I really like the rgb on MSI card and I read its more silent than ASUS card. anyone have any of these cards that can help me out? thanks. (Sorry for my bad England).

They are the same. In case of noise too. So go for the one which has the better support in your region. Your England is just fine, just need to improve the Scotland a bit.
