[SOLVED] RTX 2070 - No signal on TV using HDMI 2.0

I have an RTX 2070 and am trying to run it to my TV for gaming. The TV is a TCL 55P605. The TV has two modes for the input, HDMI 1.4 and HDMI 2.0. The TV will pick up the signal using 1.4, but not 2.0 - even though I have gotten it to work on 2.0 before. I do not want to use 1.4 because it only runs at 30hz, where 2.0 runs at 60hz. I have tried messing with the resolutions in the Nvidia Control Panel but can't figure out how to get it working again. Anybody know what might be causing this issue?

Have you seen this? Try the suggestions there. Renaming input and another replugging Hdmi cable after changing to Hdmi 2.

I got it to work on 1080p, but not 4k for some reason. I think 1080p will be good enough since it is running at 60hz. I mostly use it for emulation and indie games. Anything like an FPS or a modern action game I like using the monitor anyway. This will work just fine. Thanks man!
