Cpu: i5-6600k with be quiet pure rock
Mobo: asus prime b250m-plus
Gpu: asus rtx 2070 super
2x8gb gskill aegis ram 3000mhz
2xhdd (one 5.4k, one 7.2k)
Intel 760p 256gb ssd
And 5fans
And if it is enough I heard that this psu is bad when it comes to transient loads can that damage my gpu?

Yes, the PSU is sufficient for the config you have for the 2060 Super (you have 2060 Super in title and 2070 Super in body, by the way).

It should be okay. I would recommend not overclocking anything in the interim (keeps load on PSU lower).
