Question RTX 2070 to RTX 2080ti?

I have a RTX 2070 Aorus Extreme, my question for you is it worth upgrading to the RTX 2080ti from where I am? If it is, which RTX 2080ti card is the best?

What’s the rest of the pc spec? What’s the resolution and Hz of the monitor?

It’s a reasonable step up in performance but very expensive so poor price/performance ratio. If you can live with the 2070 I’d wait until the 3000 series is released.
