RTX 2070 with 1 power cable with 2 x 6+2 PCIE power adaptors HELP

I just ordered a new RTX 2070 but I have a 750 Watt power supply with a single power cable that has 2 x 6+2 PCIE power adaptors.

My question is, would a RTX 2070 that needs a 6 and 8 pin PCIE power adaptor work with just a single cable or would I need 2 x cables with their own 6+2 PCIE Adaptors.

Sorry if this is a silly question but I am not that technical

Have done the same. Corsair 750HXi 8pin to 2x8pin for 1080Ti.

Awesome, the only reason I was concerned is because I saw a 1080 Ti installation video on YouTube and the dude used a single cable branching into 2 x 6+2 PCIE power adaptors and people had a fit about it not being 2 cables and claiming it will crash in games.

Na. Decent psus allow it and especially for cable management. If the cable came with the psu its good to go.

I use the same cable type for my 1080ti and have no issues
